Grainery loaves are baked daily on the farm in Chimacum, with our organically-grown, stonemilled grains— often using our woodfired brick oven. We bake using sourdough techniques, and aspire for a French-style ‘bien cuit’ finish, for hearty, nutritious loaves with a dark, carmelized crust.
